Metal Cutting & Forming Systems

We combine speed, precision, and automation in our sheet metal processing. Our AMADA EMLK15AJ punch/laser system with a 3000-watt fiber laser and auto load/unload enables fast, lights-out fabrication. Additional capabilities include:

IPG 4000-watt fiber laser with 2D Lasercube cutting system
AMADA LC2012C1 combo turret/laser with autoload/unload
Multiple CNC and manual punch presses (up to 100 ton)
Euromac CX-1000 CNC punching machine

Brake Press Forming

Our CNC brake presses deliver precise, repeatable bends for parts large and small – ensuring efficient, high-accuracy forming at scale. We operate six Cincinnati press brakes, including:

(2) 135-ton Maxform, 10-ft
(2) 175-ton Auto-Form, 10-ft
(2) 135-ton Pro-Form, 8-ft

Welding & Joining Technologies

We support a wide range of materials and applications with MIG, TIG, laser, and spot welding. Key equipment includes:

IPG LightWeld 1500 Laser Welder
450-amp pulse MIG systems and multiple TIG welders
Capacitor discharge and multiple spot welders (up to 130 KVA)
Dillon pull tester and Rockwell hardness tester for weld verification

Deburring, Finishing & Surface Prep

Post-processing is critical to part performance and appearance. To ensure every part meets spec and finish requirements, our in-house finishing capabilities include:

Timesaver and Steelmaster deburring systems (wet and dry)
Multiple vibratory finishers (wet/dry)
Sandblasting, stroke sanding, belt grinding
OD polishing and surface roughness testing

CNC Machining & Manual Milling

Our machining department includes high-speed CNC vertical and horizontal centers for precision milling and turning, supporting tight-tolerance part production and secondary operations:

Haas VF-4SS, VF-2, and VF-3 vertical machining centers
Haas ST-30 CNC lathes with barfeeders
Bridgeport mill, engine lathe, and surface grinder

Powder Coating & Wet Paint Systems

To provide rugged, consistent finishes for any application we offer complete in-house finishing with conveyorized and batch paint systems:

Nordson powder booth with electrostatic guns and multi-stage washer
Devilbiss wet paint booth with high/low solids capability
Ovens up to 400°F for durable curing

Mechanical Assembly Capabilities

We assemble fabricated, machined, and finished components into complete units with speed and precision – handling everything from basic hardware installs to complex subassemblies. Equipment includes:

Multiple Haeger insertion presses with auto-feed capability

Electronics Assembly & Soldering

Our dedicated 13,000 sq. ft. electronics division features anti-static environments, automated wire prep, and through-hole assembly tools:
